The DECODE project is coming to an end, but its views on data and society go way beyond the project. In this edition of the Sharing Cities Summit, we will collectivelly debate and amend the Data Commons Manifesto, which projects the view of an alternative digital society.  

The session will be divided in three parts: firstly, a debate of the Manifesto between members of different data-related projecs; secondly, a workshop for gathering amends to the manifesto; thirdly, a collective signature using the new version of the DECODE app.
